1. Working principle of spiral chute Ore Dressing Equipment :
The divider is placed freely on the cross (or tripod) of the supporting table. The uniform pulp is slowly fed to the spiral groove surface through the feeding trough installed at the head of the spiral groove for separation. The tail end of the spiral groove is provided with a valve block type product interception groove, which divides the sorted products into three (or four) kinds according to grade along the radial direction. Use the position of the regulator block to change the cut width of each product. The product concentrator is a concentric annular barrel, which collects and exports the intercepted long ore flow separately. The cross section of spiral chute and the change of slope of curve are especially suitable for the selection of fine granular materials. The beneficiation equipment has the advantages of simple structure, no moving parts, light weight, no noise, convenient configuration, installation and maintenance.
2. Structural characteristics of spiral chute Ore Dressing Equipment :
Glass fiber reinforced plastic spiral chute is composed of six parts: ore feeder, ore feeder, spiral groove, product intercepting groove, product gathering bucket and groove bracket (including cross or tripod). The spiral groove connected by the spiral sheet is the main component. The spiral plates are made of glass reinforced plastic (fiberglass reinforced plastic) and bolted together. The selective surface of the spiral groove has a prefabricated wear-resistant layer. The beneficiation equipment has the advantages of light, strong and durable. A multi-tube ore feeder is arranged above the spiral groove, and the ore is evenly divided and easy to control.
The evenly divided pulp is slowly fed to the spiral groove surface by feeding the orange. The end of the spiral groove is equipped with a valve block type product intercepting groove to divide the sorted ore flow into several products according to grade. Use the control valve block position to change the width of each product interception. The ore hopper is a core ring cylinder, which collects and exports the intercepted ore flow according to the product.
The cross section of the spiral groove is a cubic parabola. The change of slope of the curve is especially suitable for the selection of fine grained materials. Spiral chute has the advantages of simple structure, no moving parts, easy manufacture, light weight, convenient configuration, installation and maintenance.
